Are you applying for registration and licensure in another Canadian jurisdiction? If so, you must submit a Verification of Registration (VOR) as an online request through your CLPNS Portal.
To get started, log in to your CLPNS Portal by clicking the button below and selecting the Verification of Registration request option.
Log into your member portal
Once you submit your request, you must pay the $50 CLPNS processing fee. After payment is received, the CLPNS will complete your request and issue the VOR directly to the other jurisdiction.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your request to be processed.
