Re-Licensure

This page is for applicants who:

  • Were previously registered/licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Saskatchewan; and
  • Are not currently registered/licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in another province or territory outside of Saskatchewan.

If the above applies to you, please begin your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) re-licensure application by clicking on the Member Portal and logging in.  If your email address has changed since you were last licensed with the CLPNS, you will need to email us at registration@clpns.com to have it updated and your password reset.

Tips for getting started

  1.  Update your CLPNS Member Profile
  2.  If you’ve completed any other post-secondary education since last licensed with the CLPNS, have the date, name of the program and location information available.
  3.  Save copies of two pieces of government-issued identification on your device to upload.
  4. Recent criminal record check (dated within the last 6 months) from either the RCMP or a local police department.
  5.  Secure the required application payment (VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard only). View the CLPNS Fee Schedule here.

What's Next?

Once you submit the application, the CLPNS will review it. If satisfied, the CLPNS will approve your application. You will receive an email requesting that you complete the licensure payment.
