This page is for applicants who:
- Were previously registered/licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Saskatchewan; and
- Are not currently registered/licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in another province or territory outside of Saskatchewan.
If the above applies to you, please begin your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) re-licensure application by clicking on the CLPNS Portal and logging in. If your email address has changed since you were last licensed with the CLPNS, you will need to email us at registration@clpns.com to have it updated and your password reset.

On the home screen of your CLPNS portal, click 'apply' in the Practising box.
Tips for getting started
- Update your CLPNS Profile.
- Save copies of two pieces of government-issued identification on your device to upload (one must contain a photo).
- Obtain a recent criminal record check (dated within the last 6 months) from a local police department, RCMP detachment or MyBackCheck.
- Send an Employer Verification to all of the LPN employers you worked for in the last 10 years, if applicable.
- Pay the $400 application payment (VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard only).
*Once your application is approved, you must pay the $450 licensure fee before you can begin practising as an LPN.*

What's Next?
Once you submit the application, the CLPNS will review it. If satisfied, the CLPNS will approve your application. You will receive an email requesting that you complete the licensure payment.
