The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan (CLPNS) is the regulatory body for Saskatchewan’s Licensed Practical Nurse profession. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our regulatory team on a temporary full-time basis for 14-16 months (maternity leave coverage). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the CLPNS’s regulatory responsibilities and public-serving mandate by developing and distributing regulatory-focused communications and providing administrative support.

Position Overview:

This role is essential in supporting CLPNS to fulfill its regulatory mandate. Responsibilities include:

  • Creation and distribution of organizational communications via mass email platforms.
  • Management of the CLPNS website using WordPress
  • Management of Google Analytics
  • Development and dissemination of organizational documents using Adobe Indesign and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook)
  • Create and Manage CLPNS social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Creation and distribution of online forms.
  • Support in meeting planning (hotel bookings, catering, online platform management).
  • Assistance with organizational initiatives (form collection, communications, record keeping).
  • Support/data entry for CLPNS registrants using the database.
  • General phone calls, inbox management and office supply stock management.
  • Providing feedback and administrative support to the CLPNS team.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant employment experience.
  • Post-secondary education in administration or communications.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, digital, verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Adobe InDesign, WordPress, social media platforms, and online meeting platforms (ZOOM, Teams).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location & Compensation:
This position is based in Regina, with flexible-hybrid work arrangements available. Fully remote work is not an option at this time. Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Pre-Authorized Payment
